Collection Process
  • After auction highest bidders above reserve / accepted offers will be issued with invoices. All invoices must be remitted in full.
  • Defaulting on payment of invoice does carry a penalty. Please view Terms and Conditions.
  • No items will be released until funds have reflected in our Trust Account.
  • A release note will be sent to the buyer and seller.
  • An agreed time slot will be confirmed for collection which will be arranged through our admin to the team.
  • All collections are by appointment only.
  • Person collecting must wear appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines of site.
  • Vehicles / loading equipment entering the site must be roadworthy and have appropriate lifting / abnormal load permits.

‚ÄčAuction Status

Open - Bidding is live but only available once fully registered on the platform

Reserve Met (Green) - Bidding has met reserve and will be sold to the highest bidder at end of auction. Items will only be released once invoice has been paid in full and only once money has cleared in trust account

Pending - Highest bid has not met reserve . Highest bidder has 1st option to increase his bid to reserve or have his increased offer rejected by seller.

Auction Closure

Open for Offers - Item has not had any bids and offers will be submitted to Seller on a first come first serve basis.

Vendu - Reserve met status will turn to Vendu and be moved to the past auction categories.
